The course is mixed media so virtually anything goes – watercolour, gouache, acrylic, pen, pencil etc. Subject matter is intended to be variable and to suit you. Demonstrations will be offered from time to time, but the main aim is for you to enjoy the company and hopefully to improve your artistic ability. Tuition is given on a regular and one to one basis.

Keep up with the little ‘uns with this simple introduction to common computing applications This 12 week introductory course is aimed to improve your confidence with computers. No prior knowledge will be assumed and you will be able to work at your own speed using worksheets at different levels. Topics include: Internet and e-mail; word processing and spreadsheets; simple photo slide shows.
Country Dancing
We will cover country dances from England from 17th century to date and include offerings from America. No previous experience is required as more experienced members are very helpful and ensure a fun time is had by all. It is not necessary to bring a partner but couples are always welcome.

You will be introduced to the many records available on line and will be shown how to search for your ancestors.
